I'm very particular about lights because I have bad eyes. I usually don't wear my glasses so when it's getting even just a little dark I want all the lights on because I have a hard time seeing things. I have all the lights on in the house and my Dad and I always argue about it because it does cost a lot of money plus I'm wasting energy so I think the solution would be track lighting because track lighting put lights where you wnat it. This is effective way to save money.
