Not getting paid yet....

8:20 PM / 2 comments

but already spent the money lol! I was doing a baby shower invites for my friend Sarah last night and kept looking for kits to use but alas I can't seem to find one. No baby colors out there. Reds, Oranges, Browns are too dark for babies. I wanted pastels but nothing so I started buying again lol. I know this is what I'm afraid of when I start digiscrapping again. I spend alot of money for kits sometimes I only use one element, or one paper. Waste of money I know. I swear I'm going to use everything I buy from now on hahaha. I keep telling myself it isn't that much. At the most I'll spend $50 before I stop lol. Here's what I got myself so far.

I'm looking for more kits that are great to use for babies. Pastels colors but not necessarily pink because I already have a lot of those. I want light greens, baby blues, yellows, lavenders. I just can't seem to find any arghhhh. Anyways, back to shopping!

There are so many credit cards offer out there. I receive letters from credit card companies every single day. Nothing really catches my eye because I'm looking for credit cards that is low in APR. I don't want to use a credit card that has high interest rates because it's like paying just the interests every month. I found a credit card deal that I cannot refuse. MINT Credit cards offer 0% on balance transfers and purchases until January of 2008. The credit card is also accepted worldwide so wherever you may be you have the convenience of using the Mint Credit card. If you are looking for a credit card that you can depend on try looking into Mint Credit Cards and you might find something there. Credit cards are a great to have because it is convenient and most of the time they have cashback. So every dollar you spend you get something back.

Photography lesson

4:11 PM / 1 comments

I have my Rebel XTi for over six months now but I still haven't learn any of the features. I know I hate reading the manual so I can't used the other features except the auto. How sad huh? I want to attend a photography class but I don't have a baby sitter to leave my kids. All I could do now is read the manual and learn from any online tutorial. I just hate reading tutorial that's also the reason why I don't use my Photoshop because I don't like reading manuals lol. I keep telling myself today is the day I will try to learn today hahaha but once I start reading I get bored lol. It's not like I have better things to do but once I start to read I get sleepy hahaha. But then I see people with nice photos and I wish that I can take photos like those too. Sayang daw yong camera sabi ni Rico if I don't learn how to use it. He is right of course because why did why buy something that expensive if the only feature I use is the auto. So today or tomorrow is the day lol I will try to learn how to use the camera I begged Rico to buy lol.

Insurance

3:19 PM / 0 comments

In United States it is crucial to have insurance policy. The law requires us to have insurance on our automobiles because we never know what might happen. Because Rico has alot of speeding the last couple of years our insurance has gone so up it is so hard to pay for. Also when we moved here in San Francisco, insurance here is more expensive than back in San Diego. We pay at least $300 for both cars. Even if we want to not getting car insurance is not an option it is compulsory but also protection since we have kids. At the Trifty Cot they have alot of information about car insurance. The articles they have at the Thrifty Cot can help you lower your insurance bills. And when shopping for car insurance always shop around and ask for quotes to variety of companies. An article about car insurance can help you decide why it is important to get insurance. There are alot of people out there who doesn't take driving seriously so you need to make sure that you have protection at all times. I found an article to make you understand why car insurance are on the rise right now. Read it when you have time because it will benefit you when deciding on the best insurance for you and your family. You might be a good driver but not all people who drives are good so don't bet your life. Get protection today!

Kaboodle

11:55 AM / 1 comments

Since I want to start digiscrapping again. I wanted so many kits/elements added to my collection. I have been gone for almost three months and I missed alot of great kits out there. I put all my wish list in my kaboodle. It's a great way to share your wish lists to friends. I found kits over there that I like but haven't notice in the store. I also started a wish list for Baby JE just because I want to be able to keep track what I want for the baby so that I can set aside a budget. If you have kaboodle please add me up so I can see your lists too hehehe. It's great to see people's wish list. It's also a great way to share opinions on a product if it's great to have or not so. So please add me up thanks!

Credit cards has been very helpful to alot of people. I still believe that having a credit card is not a bad thing especially when emergency strikes. When applying for a credit card I want it to be low in interest rates especially if it will take me time to pay for it. So, I have been looking for a great credit cards to have. Miss Universe

3:54 PM / 4 comments

I was able to watch Miss Universe last night hoping that maybe just maybe Philippines would be able to get in to the Top 15 but alas she didn't get in. She won Miss Photogenic though. For me the highlight of the show was when Miss USA tripped because of her evening gown. i think that's why she was part of the top 5 because she was able to compose herself with grace and continued parading her gown. Miss Japan, Riyo Mori got the crown. I was expecting an asian to win and I was right. She wasn't the typical meek asian. She paraded in front of the audience with confidence I guess because she was a dancer all her life. Congratulations Miss Japan!

Filipino style spaghetti:

Ingredients:
1lb linguine noodles

1/4 lb of purefood hotdogs; cut diagonally
1 bottle of Ragu sauce (any flavor would be find; I used the Chunky vegetables)
1 small bottle of Jufran Banana ketchup
1 chopped onions
10 cloves of garlic; minced (I put alot of garlic when I cook...if don't like that much you can put about 5 cloves)
1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon of oil
Pepper & salt to taste

Sauce:
Saute onions, garlic in a saucepan until the onions are transparent. Add the hotdog & corned beef, wait until the corned beef starts to sizzle. Add the Ragu sauce & banana ketchup. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir the sauce until it reach the consistency that you like. Have a little bit of water to add as the sauce simmers. Add the bouillon. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Noodles:
Boil some water once it is boiling put the linguine/spaghetti noodles and wait about 5-10 minutes until it is tender.

Put spaghetti noodles on a plate and put the sauce on top and viola!

Renovation

2:05 PM / 1 comments

I have been complaining to my dad that we need to update the whole house. He agreed with me but he just doesn't have the time right now to do it. After their vacation from the Philippines, he will start renovating the two bathrooms here in the house. We need to update the bathroom's lighting fixtures because they are really outdated. It's like we are living in the 70's or something. I found a place where they offer great lighting fixtures not only for the bathroom but everything you need for a house renovation.

After the bathroom, the next would be the kitchen because once they decide they sell the house I believe that kitchens sell the home. Farreys have great selection of kitchen products from faucets to sinks. They offer high quality and innovative selection of merchandise so that it will suit anybody's taste. At Farreys you can make your house shine with style. They have everything you need for that house renovation you've been dreaming of.

Digital Frames

2:42 PM / 0 comments

If you are like me who have kids, I bet you have tons of photos. I can't even count how many photos I have in my computer plus I usually take the kids for their studio portrait at least twice a year. And if you are a parent I bet you always think of a way how to showcase those many pictures you have in your house. I figured out a way to display the girls' photos through digital picture frame. You can get your files through your memory card and insert it to a digital frame and viola you can view the whole thing like a slideshow. You can even create a short movie and insert it to a digital photo frame and you can watch it and display it anywhere in the house. there is no complicated instruction, anybody can make it work. So why not creatively showcase all those wonderful pictures you've taken over the years through digital frames. It is a great gift to give especially for weddings & anniversaries. What a great way to showcase the love of two people right? Order you digital frame today and it can be shipped out tomorrow.

Shopping!

9:30 PM / 3 comments

I have neglected shopping since I got pregnant. It has been awhile since I shop. Nakakamiss din pala hahaha lol. I thought of buying more clothes for the girls especially Jelynn because she's going to summer school sort of a preparation for kindergarten. I know Rico would probably say she has too many clothes but then I kept telling him but she's a girl hahaha. I know GIRLS are expensive so I'm truly hoping Baby JE turn out to be a boy para nde masyado magastos lol. Back to shopping, Gymboree's offering gymbucks again so after goign to Laly's graduation picnic today we dropped by the mall since Sarah and I needed to walk too. us pregnant women need some exercise hehehe. Here's what I got for the two kiddos.

Got this style in light pink because Jelynn is darker than Jewelle that color wouldn't compliment her skin once she stays on the sun too long.

We also dropped by Disney store and got the girls some toys. I know gosh I spoil them but then I feel bad their Daddy isn't here hahah. Bad Mommy! bribing the girls' for Daddy's absence. Anyways, I haven't started buying Baby JE some clothes or stuff since I haven't had my ultrasound and I haven't shop for my preggy self since I got pregnant. I'm still waiting for the maternity clothes the parents are bringing from the Philippines. Speaking of the parents I think their 10 day vacation to the Philippines is extended 'til next sunday. There are suppose to come home this coming tuesday but since they are still have unfinished business over there they opted to extend their vacation which is good so they could buy me more pasalubong hahahah lol. So you fellow pinays out there what should I ask the parents to bring me back?? I can't remember anything that would be nice to have that is from the Philippines since I haven't been back to Pinas for almost 5 years now. So help me out para naman may madami akong pasalubong hahaha...

It was very evident from the ending last friday that there will definitely be a book 2 of Maging Sino Man. there were too many loopholes, too many things left unresolved. Corazon is still with Tomas who is physically abusing her. Jackie isn't Fidel's real daughter. So who is her father? Why is Rosanna Roces' character? Why did she appear in the end? Why can't Samuel forgive Gloria? What is his connection to Rosanna & Angelica?
Here's a teaser of Maging Sino Man Book 2.

I'm a stay at home mom who is always looking for something to do. Since I'm usually here doing nothing when the girls are taking a nap instead of watching TV I though of blogging. It is a great way share my thoughts, what's happening in my life to all of my friends who I don't get to see all the time and connect with new friends too. Friends told me that I can start earning from writing some posts in my blog. I thought of trying out of what they call advertise on blogs. It is an easy way to earn money. Create a post, submit it and get paid. Smorty is a service connecting advertisers and bloggers like me. Advertisers pay us to create a buzz about their product. You can even select the subject or advertiser that interest you. It's so easy, just write your opinions and get paid. Log on at Smorty to get more information and start earning. For you stay at home parents out there this is a great way to share your opinions and earn extra money. Smorty pays you every week through paypal.

I had my appointment last Wednesday everything looks fine. No gestational diabetes this time THANK GOD. I don't like to poke myself 5 times a day just like when I was pregnant with Jelynn. We were able to hear Baby JE's heartbeats and the girls' complained because they said it was loud since they were with me during the visit. I have my ultrasound scheduled so that's exciting but I don't think it's 3D so I'm looking for a 3D Ultrasound or even 4D because I thought of giving the DVD to Rico for Father's Day. I'm still looking for a place because they only have a few close to the house and since the parents aren't here yet I can't schedule an appointment since they might extend their vacation in the Philippines. I'm also looking for 3d/4d ultrasound that is reasonable to my budget since they cost about $200 depending on the package you want.

Anyways, we're off to go grocery shopping since we are out of food hahaha. Be back later!

Blinds

10:51 AM / 0 comments

If you have kinds like me I bet you always need to replace your window coverings. My girls are constantly playing by the window that's why they always pull down the blinds. My parents have been planning to change the window coverings and change it to Roman blinds because they not only look more elegant but more durable than vertical blinds. Since they are fabric it will be harder for the girls to pull and separate it from the top. Roman blinds are easily raised or lowered when needed. So when the girls start to play by the window we can easily put it up so they won't touch it. How convenient is that? Roman blinds are perfect for any home and they are easy to hang with no complicated instructions.

SCORE!

3:29 PM / 0 comments

Jelynn is going to start kindergarten soon and because I will have a full load of things on my hand I'm afraid that I won't be a great help to her when it comes to her homework. And also because Rico's always away with two babies with me I don't have enough time to help her with her schoolwork. And since we would like her to excel in everything she does especially when it comes to schoolwork, innovative tutor will surely help. SCORE will help every child succeed while they make schoolwork looks fun. For busy parents this is the key to your child success. SCORE learning program helps children ages 4 to 14 so it is going to be perfect for Jelynn.

This will me you think....

Five Reasons Why God Uses Problems

The problems you face will either
defeat you or develop you - depending
on how you respond to them.
Unfortunately, most people fail to see
how God wants to use problems for good
in their lives. They react foolishly
and resent their problems rather than
pausing to consider what benefit they
might bring.

Here are five ways God wants to use
the problems in your life:

1. God uses problems to DIRECT you.
Sometimes God must light a fire under
you to get you moving. Problems often
point us in a new direction and
motivate us to change. Is God trying
to get your attention? "Sometimes it
takes a painful situation to make us
change our ways." Proverbs 20:30

2. God uses problems to INSPECT you.
People are like tea bags...if you want
to know what's inside them, just drop
them into hot ever water! Has God
tested your faith with a problem What
do problems reveal about you? "When
you have many kinds of troubles, you
should be full of joy, because you
know that these troubles test your
faith, and this will give you
patience." James 1:2-3

3. God uses problems to CORRECT you.
Some lessons we learn only through
pain and failure. It's likely that as
a child your parents told you not to
touch a hot stove. But you probably
learned by being burned.
Sometimes we only learn the value of
something...health, money, a
relationship... by losing it. "It was
the best thing that could have
happened to me, for it taught me to
pay attention to your laws." Psalm
119:71-72

4. God uses problems to PROTECT you.
A problem can be a blessing in
disguise if it prevents you from being
harmed by something more serious. Last
year a friend was fired for refusing
to do something unethical that his
boss had asked him to do. His
unemployment was a problem - but it
saved him from being convicted and
sent to prison a year later when
management's actions were eventually
discovered. "You intended to harm me,
but God intended it for good...Genesis
50:20

5. God uses problems to PERFECT you .
Problems, when responded to correctly,
are character builders. God is far
more interested in your character than
your comfort. Your relationship to God
and your character are the only two
things you're going to take with you
into eternity. "We can rejoice when we
run into problems...
they help us learn to be patient. And
patience develops strength of
character in us and helps us trust God
more each time we use it until finally
our hope and faith are strong and
steady." Romans 5:3-4

Here's the point:
God is at work in your life - even
when you do not recognize it or
understand it.
But it's much easier and profitable
when you cooperate with Him.

"Success can be measured not only in
achievements, but in lessons learned,
lives touched and moments shared along
the way"

LIFE IS AN ECHO. What you send out,
you get back.
What you give, you receive.

Online Coupons

12:46 PM / 1 comments

When I was single and didn't have kids I didn't care about deals or anything. As long as I have the money to buy the item I don't need to search for deals that could save me alot of money. But since I have a growing family, I have start saving as much as I can. Especially now that we are expecting our third child and I'm just a stay at home mom so no secondary income to supplement unnecessary stuff. I found a way to eliminate costs by using CouponChief.com. They have variety of coupons you could use from your favorite stores like target or Bestbuy. I badly need target coupons because we are there almost all the time and also because it is closer to the house so it is convenient to go there. When we go there there are a bunch of other stuff we don't need that the girls ask me to buy so additional coupons would surely help. So why not try CouponChief.com and save money. We all want to save right?

I will surely miss Maging Sino ka man even though the last couple of months' episodes were pretty dragging. I still believe they will redeem themselves this week. I will surely miss Eli, Jackie, Celine & of course JB every night. I was part of the iyakan blues and the kiligan between the characters. They said that it is surely a must-see ending hopefully it is something worth watching for. I still remember JB's lines to Celine "I never said that I love you!" And of course the "It is so easy for you to ruin people lives!" by JB to his mom. Sam Milby has come so far. I think he was able to showcase himself as an actor at this show. He has still alot to learn but at least he is getting there. More tagalog pa sana heheh. Don't miss the ending this coming friday. I'm sure there are alot of iyakans. That's usually part of an ending.

Yep! I'm now on my 18th week. I now have a bump on my tummy and the girls have a great thrill touching my tummy and hugging me telling me they love Baby JE. How sweet is that? I have been feeling Baby JE kicks for about two weeks now. I thought it was my skipped heartbeats at first but now it's getting much stronger. The baby is a little active, always kicking or moving. Maybe in a couple of weeks we can see the baby move through my tummy but now it's just me who can feel the kicks. Tomorrow I have an appointment, my OB will probably schedule me for an ultrasound because I'm already on my 18th week going on 19th week on friday. I'm still contemplating on wanting to know the baby's gender. Maybe I'll ask but not let anyone know hahaha especially Rico lol.

I still crave once in awhile, like the other day I was craving for adobong pusit and so I cooked some but then I didn't like the smell. It's was a little stinky lol. I was having a hard time eating it because of the smell. Now I'm craving for In-n-Out's cheeseburger. Sometimes I would even dream of it if I wasn't able to eat it. Hahaha. With the two pregnancies I didn't crave anything. I think it was making up for those times heheh. I can't hardly wait for my pasalubong. One more week and I have all the tsitsiria I asked them to buy for me hahaha. I know I should be eating healthy stuff but I think it isn't so bad if I eat some junk food once in awhile since I have been eating oatmeal, yogurt, milk, bananas, apples & vegetables everyday.

Well, I'm off to take a nap since Jewelle's taking hers. Thanks for visiting =)!

Bid4Prizes

5:35 PM / 0 comments

Ever since I played the Nintendo Wii at my friends house I have been wanting get my hands on one. It seems that wherever I go, Nintendo Wii is sold out. I have been trying to find one for about four months now. I found want where you can get it for a lowest bid at Bid4prizes. The Wii is great for us because all four of us can play it. Especially Rico who loves to play games. I tried playing their bowling and I had so much fun while Rico loves the boxing because he has his girls as his cheerleaders hehehe. It would be nice to finally own one so that's why I have been trying to bid at Bid4prizes hopefully I'll win. This will be a great Father's day gift to the big guy.

I wanted to start doing scraps again...I thought of trying to make new ones today but alas Jewelle was being a pain in the butt. She kept crying and whining so I put her on time out because she was yelling at me and yelling at her sister. After awhile she was just sitting there next to me then she got up and knocked over my external hardrive and of course the hardrive made this horrible sound and I know then that the ehd is broken. I tried connecting it on my laptop but the laptop does not read the ehd at all. Restarted both computers but to no avail. It wouldn't even shut off when I press the power button. I have warranty til March of 2008 but only for exchange. They won't recover my files. And since I moved all my files to this hardrive most of my digital scrapbooking files are not backed up. Thank God my photos were backed up with two hardrives but the scrapbooking files were now gone. I have a few in my other hardrive but those were OLD!!!. Arrrgggghhh!!!! I tried calling seagate if they recover files yes they do for $500!!! I would of course be crazy to pay that much money to recover my scrapbooking files. I will try to bring the ehd to a computer store here we'll see if they won't charge me as much. If it's like $60 or something I would like them touch it but if not then I guess I have to start buying those kits/elements I've lost. Just needed to vent.

Hawaii Travels

1:17 PM / 1 comments

Are you like me who have dream of someday going on vacation in Hawaii? Rico and I have been planning for awhile now to go on vacation in Hawaii. He kept raving about how great it is to live there. So I made him a deal that I have to visit Hawaii first before we decide if we want to live there. I have been looking at places to stay one that I found was a site calledHawaiian Travels. They have a lot of information about Hawaii. Anything that you need to know.

Since our trip has been postponed for the time being because of Rico's deployment and my pregnancy we really intend to go on vacation over there. If not this year it would be early next year. There are plenty of Hawaiian Condos that we could choose from. And since we intend to stay for about two weeks it is better to rent condos instead of hotels. The girls know about this plan and I know they can't wait to go to Hawaii and start swimming. If you're also planning on going to Hawaii why not try Hawaiian Beach Rentals for all your vacation needs. They said that Hawaii is a paradise here on earth why not make it the best.

Granite sinks

9:15 PM / 1 comments

Once the parents come back from their vacation, my Dad is going to start renovating the kitchen and the bathrooms. I have been looking for marble sinks to replace the old sinks we have in our bathroom. Naturalstonesinkusa.com has a wide selection of granite sinks, travertine sinks & of course marble sinks. They are sculpted from stones native to different countries around the world. They have the best quality you can find anywhere so if your house is in need of renovation why not check out the granite sinks they have and you'll make your bathroom look brand new.

I started earning from Payperpost.com since January. I love it because it's so easy to pick what you want to write about then someone will review your post and once approved you wait 30 days and get the money. That's how easy it is. The money I've been getting from it was used for the digiscrapping supplies. Since I started digiscrapping, I kept buying a whole bunch of supplies left and right that I needed extra money to supplement my digiscrapping addiction hehehe. I do recommend you to do viral marketing and find out that just by posting certain reviews you can earn from that. It is not a scam. I was skeptical at first but my friends told me it's for real so I tried it and I will be forever thankful because they gave me something to do while I stay at home. So if you want to earn money from blogging log on at Payperpost and I guarantee you won't be disappointed as long as eager to earn money you'll earn money.

just us again....

5:19 PM / 2 comments

So the parents left today for their 13 days vacation to the Philippines. I swear I'm a little jealous because they were raving about going to Calaruega, Nasugbu, Tagaytay, Antipolo and other places hehhehe. Because I've never been to those places I wanted to come home too but I don't want to risk my baby's health because of my want to go "lamyerda" lol. My OB recommended for me not to go to the Philippines since I'm not immune to alot of diseases like chicken pox & measles. Yes weird but I never had any of those. And since I'm having palpitations I'm scared of the "16 hour flight to Manila." So we decided it's best for the girls and I to stay home. There are going to be next time I guess. Maybe next year when Baby JE is a little bit older and can travel to the Philippines then we'll definitely try to visit. I just gave them a list of the pasalubong I want lol. I think they are going to have trouble carrying the pasalubong I asked them to bring back hahaha. It was full of "tsitsirias" but then again since they brought too many balikbayan boxes it shouldn't be that hard I doubt it if it's going to be more than 1 balikbayan box except that I asked them to buy me alot of pocketbooks hehe. I shouldn't be eating junk food but I'm getting tired of eating the same food all the time.

Mother's Day celebrations were done at home. I did receive flowers from my Dad & from Rico, and a card from Jelynn which she made from the internet lol. Sorry I don't have pictures of them because I can't find my camera. Then we went out to the mall and shopped for a little bit and then we ate out for dinner. I did receive a call from Rico too straight from the Middle East heheh. That's about it. It was just a simple day but I still enjoyed it.

Anyways, as you can see I'm having advertisements on my blog again. I am a little excited doing tasks again heheh maybe it's a sign I'm going back to digiscrapping? Hmmm we'll see.

Oh well, I'm off for now...Until next time...

Happy Mother's Day!

2:31 PM / 1 comments

To all the mommies and new mommies out there just want to great you a Happy Mother's Day. I know how hard it is to be a mom no job in the world could be harder than being a mom so I salute every mommies out there for doing a job well done. You should pat yourself on the back for making a difference to your child's life.

This poem is for my mom who are now in heaven. I know she continues to watch over me and my family. I love you Mommy!

My Mother

For as long as I can remember
you have been by my side
to give me support
to give me confidence
to give me help

For as long as I can remember
you have always been the person I looked up to
so strong
so sensitive
so pretty

For as long as I can remember
and still today
you are everything a mother should be

For as long as I can remember
you have always provided stability within our family
full of laughter
full of tears
full of love

So much of what I have become
is because of you
and I want you to know
that I appreciate you, thank you
and love you
more than words can express

cravings...

4:16 PM / 3 comments

I just have so many cravings. Now that I'm pregnant I seem to want seafood all the time but my OB said I should limit my seafood intake to twice a week because of mercury content. I swear it's killing me not to eat seafood. The girls and I just love fried tilapia dipped in tomatoes and salt. Now I can only eat that once in a while. Now I'm craving Adobong pusit and Crabs. Arggggh! I'm getting tired of eating the same thing everyday. Yogurt, milk, bananas, oatmeal, Calcium-enriched orange juice are usually part of my daily food intake. I'm also limited to just a couple of cups of rice everyday. It's really hard for me because I'm such a rice person. If I don't eat rice I feel like I'm hungry all day long lol. I have avoided sardines, tuna, oysters, lobsters & mussels at all cost believing that they have more mercury than any other seafood. And every food that I put inside my mouth has to be research many times over hehehe. Talk about paranoia. I keep telling myself that I can eat anything as long as I eat in moderation but I have this thing with food that when I crave for one food I want to eat it everyday. I bet that's particularly true now that I'm pregnant. That's why if I can avoid it I don't eat it. Last week I craved for In & out's Cheeseburger. I ate twice that week and then I want more but I limit myself of eating too much fastfood. It took so much will-power not to go back at In & Out and buy another cheeseburger lol.

I think I will just write it here what I want to eat but can't lol:
Yema...parents are going home to the Philippines and I asked them to buy me lots and lots of these lol
Marzipan...I recently ate these marzipan from the Philippines called Daisy's Marzipan and they are to die for...they have Yema inside lol.
Oysters with lemon...wahhhh I know I can't eat this throughout my pregnancy.
Crabs lots of crabs lol....they are fatty so I can't eat too much..and I think this is what I crave the most and I want it dip in tomatoes and salt..weird I know!
White Chocolate frappuccino from starbucks...I haven't drank anything from starbucks for like three years now but now I want to drink some frap..gosh pregnancy really messes up your diet lol.
In & Out's Cheeseburger with lots and lots of spread & onions...of course they are fatty so I can't eat that much
Kilawin na Shrimp...I miss this..my dad makes the greatest kilawin but of course I can't eat anything raw

I should go before I start to salivate lol. Thanks again for reading

Can you believe that it's already Mother's Day this Sunday? It seems like time really passes me by. With this pregnancy I am just too busy catering to my needs and my girls' needs that I don't even know what day it is. Just too many things to do but too little time so I have forgotten to buy a Mother's day gift for the mothers I hold dear to my heart. I didn't want to give them flowers because I know they will wilt anyways. I want something they could use everyday and so that they'll remember me always. I found a free cell phone at Wirefly.com. The pink RAZR is perfect for all the mothers out there. You can get it free plus you get a bonus bluetooth headset. They will absolutely love to show off that pink RAZR so just log on at Wirefly and go grab a gift for that special mother in your life. Since I don't really have time to go and look for a gift I just searched online. It's convenient and fast. They also offer fast shipping so that it will get to the recipient as soon as possible. If you are busy and cannot make time to buy gifts in the mall just follow my suggestions and log on at Wirefly. They have different carriers to choose from so you can compare plans without leaving your house.

I'm on my 16th week

9:31 PM / 6 comments

Yes I'm finally on my 16th week. I feel much better than any other time of my pregnancy. I still go to the endocrinologist for possible hyperthyroidism. I had my lab test result last Wednesday and the Endo said it was good news. Some little abnormalities of the thyroid hormones but nothing serious that I would need treatment. She gave me beta-blocker medicine for my fast and skipped heartbeat. It's a little bit slower now but I still feel the skipped beats so she told me to repeat the lab test just to make sure. They need to calm down my heart because of the fast heartbeat, I burning calories faster than usual and because of that I'm not gaining enough weight. It's fine if I'm not pregnant since I'm pregnant I can't possibly be losing weight instead of gaining it. I'm still 114lbs. I only gained 2 lbs in the whole course of my pregnancy. My tummy is getting bigger but I'm not gaining weight. I eat every couple of hours so I know it's not because I'm not eating enough. I can't eat too much also because I'm prone to gestational diabetes. I will be making an appointment to see a cardiologist also to make sure that I'm not having a serious heart problem. My doctors doubt it but I want to make sure. I go to the hospital to get my blood test taken at least once a week. I joke around that I need blood transfusion because of all the blood they took from me lol. I have my OB appt by the end of the month maybe by then I can go have my ultrasound to find out if the baby's okey and of course the gender. I'm thinking it's going to be another girl hahaha I don't know I just have the feeling that it's a girl again. Like I said maybe times I don't really mind if it's a girl again as long as the baby is healthy and besides girls are just alot of fun. But of course I know that Rico really wants a boy so I pray that he gets a boy.

Speaking of Rico, he calls every week or so or when he misses his kids hehehe. I know how much he loves the girls even though they fought all the time when he was here. He'll be in persian gulf soon, I think their first stop is Dubai I just don't know when. Jewelle misses her dad more than Jelynn maybe because she was closer to Rico than Jelynn was. She would often say she wants to go back to San Diego because her daddy is there. She would even wake up at the middle of the night crying and telling me she wants to go to San Diego. I feel bad but there's really nothing I can do. She just have to wait 5 more months because she sees her daddy again. All we could do is for Rico to call often so that they don't miss him as much.

Anywhoo, that's all right now maybe next time I have a little bit more to share.Thank you always for dropping by and leaving me wonderful comments. You just don't know how you make me feel better and for that I will be forever grateful. Thanks!
